These terms cover the use of this website. They're deliberately short. The terms for any actual work — builds, support, and so on — are set out separately in the proposal and agreement for that specific project, not here.
This site is run by Calm Systems, a trading name of Andrew Spurr, a sole trader based in the North East of England. It exists to explain what Calm Systems does and to let you get in touch.
You're welcome to read, use, and share this website. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, or copy its content and pass it off as your own. The wording, design, and the systems described are the work of Calm Systems.
I try to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but it's provided for general information. Pricing shown is indicative and confirmed properly during the audit and proposal stage. Nothing on this website is a binding quote or a contract on its own — any work is agreed in writing beforehand.
The systems shown on the Work page are real and shared with the permission of the businesses involved. They're described to illustrate the kind of work Calm Systems does, not as a guarantee of identical results for every business.
Where this site links out to other websites, those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and Calm Systems isn't responsible for their content.
This website is provided as-is. While every effort is made to keep it working and accurate, Calm Systems isn't liable for any loss arising purely from use of the website itself. This doesn't affect any rights or obligations that apply to actual work carried out, which are covered by the separate agreement for that work.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
